PAA Students are Scary Good

Our incredible Dance Department released a dance video on Halloween (10.31.22) featuring two Vocal Music Performing Arts Academy Students. This video is an incredible demonstration of the cross discipline learning that we strive for each of our Performing Arts Academy Students.

One of the dancers, Adriana Garcia, reflected on the experience of filming this video, “From start to finish it was an incredible experiece. Both of us were the choreographers on this project as well as the dancers and it was a truly fufilling process. Furthermore, the entire undertaking was so amazing - our film shoot day was rather long but it ensured that we nailed the performance and that the energy would tanslate acrossed digital platforms”. She continues reflecting on how the PAA has helped her develop these cross discipline skills, “The PAA [Performing Arts Academy] has provided a platform for me and my fellow performers to refine our skills in all of the major performing arts disciplines. Since I had dancing experience prior to enrolling it was a great opportunity, and excuse, to get back into the dance world. I feel like the experiences provided by the PAA has truly prepared me to be tackle any performing arts challenge that comes my way”.
